Inspired by the zero waste pattern methodology where no "scrap" gets left behind — I followed the flow of the fabric as it met it's conjoining path and formed this petal colored cocoon to adorn you as you transform.

This billowing garment hangs loosely off of the shoulder and does not feature a true sleeve.

The upcycling process

Step 1

Textiles are sourced and sorted from pre-consumer textile waste, in partnership with FABSCRAP, with a focus on material quality and aesthetics.

Step 2

We save and combine each rescued material them using our patchwork-joining technique with compositions inspired by nature.

Step 3

Finishing details were hand-sewn. The outcome features a patchwork piece in contrasting hues. The textile composition celebrates the beauty of asymmetry.
